In April 2026, Mockingbird Hill became part of the Coltcam Properties family — a Texas-based company with one focus: making good RV parks into great ones. New ownership brought fresh investment, improved operations, and a commitment to making sure every guest who calls this place home has everything they need.

Bonnie runs the park day to day and has been the face of Mockingbird Hill for years. She knows the guests by name, answers the phone when you call, and makes sure things actually get handled when something comes up. That's not something you find at every park.
